Bloom is led by Dr. Shauntell Dunbar, Ed.D., a licensed special education teacher, former literacy coach and assistant principal, and holder of specialized literacy credentials including Orton-Gillingham and LETRS certification. Bloom’s programs reflect her belief that with the right instruction, delivered at the right pace, every child can make meaningful academic progress.

2. Assess. Your child completes a placement assessment, and Bloom recommends the program and instructional focus that fit best.
3. Begin. Once enrolled, your child begins live online instruction with a clear plan, regular progress updates, and a tutor who is invested in their success.
